Certified SOI Basic Training

This is a two-day workshop with a pre training component. SOI Basic Training covers the background of SOI, the rationale and procedures for testing, scoring and result interpretation, understanding the basic uses of SOI – preparation, remediation, enhancement, and career counselling. Upon completion of the Certified SOI Basic Training, a person is qualified to administer the SOI Test in all forms.

Intermediate Training

This two-day workshop emphasizes interpretation of test results and the clinical application of test interpretation. Intermediate training is offered to basic trained personnel after they have had 6 months experience using SOI and have assessed a minimum of 10 clients with mentoring.

Advanced Training*

During this workshop all aspects of SOI products and services are covered with an emphasis on new developments. Advanced training is offered to intermediate trained personnel after they have had 6 months experience using SOI at the intermediate level.

IPP Training

This is a two-day training covering the rationale and procedures for private clinics to operate an SOI/IPP Center. Advanced Trainers must apply for IPP Training; the application must include plans (both physical and financial) for establishing a Center.
